Care Across Nevada

Early Intervention and Ongoing Support

NvCAN strengthens care for autism and neurodevelopmental conditions across Nevada, especially in rural and underserved communities, by funding early intervention, assessment, and lifelong support. In partnership with a coalition of nonprofit partners, we help children and families access timely, affordable diagnostic evaluations by a collaborative team of experts in child psychology, speech-language pathology, psychiatry, occupational therapy, and more. We invest in professional training to expand Nevada’s workforce and improve culturally responsive care. Our support doesn’t stop at diagnosis: NvCAN resources help ensure ongoing treatment, research-informed services, and better outcomes for individuals across the neurodivergent spectrum. By bridging systems, from schools to medical providers, we aim to create a coordinated, inclusive network of care that reaches every corner of the state.
